Returns Policy

Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase for completing your return.

Partial Refunds:

• Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund
• If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days

Late or Missing Refunds:

• Check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and your bank

Sale Items:

• Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded

Exchanges:

• We replace defective or damaged items only
• Email us at info@mimtraders.com.pk we will provide you address.

Gifts:

• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return
• If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver

Shipping Returns:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable
• Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for items over $50
